Gravity Bath provides this warranty to the original/first purchaser for personal household use of the “Kitchen Sink” in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.
The Warranty against any Product shall begin from the date of purchase, and it can be availed with valid proof of purchase and warranty card shown to Authorized Service Personnel during repairs. Customers must keep the original invoice and warranty card safely. Repairs or replacements will be conducted by the company’s service centre or its authorized service associates.
If there is no service centre or authorized Service Personnel nearby, the customer needs to deliver the product to the registered company address. If sent through courier, the customer is liable to pay courier charges.
All costs and expenses for repair/service, including travel to and from service personnel, transportation of the Product, and/or spare parts and/or components, shall be borne solely by the customer at prevailing rates. Gravity Bath is not liable for any damage caused to the Product in transit or delivery for repair.
This warranty does not cover instances of negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, carelessness, accident, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, damages caused by improper maintenance, alteration of the product, or failure to follow care or installation instructions enclosed with your product.
Additionally, abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine should be avoided. Also, abrasive pads, steel wool, or wire brushes can damage and wear down the finish.
The warranty does not cover labour charges or costs of removal and reinstallation of said product. It does not allow recoveries of incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, delay, property damage, or other consequential damages, and Gravity Bath accepts no liability for such damage.
The company and its authorized service centre reserve the right to retain any part or component replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the product during the warranty period.
The company may, at its discretion, replace the faulty part(s) with functionally new operative part(s).
In case of damage, customer abuse, repairs by unauthorized personnel, or misuse detected by authorized service personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable, and repairs will be subject to the availability of parts and on a chargeable basis only.
Replacement of parts would be at the discretion of Gravity Bath alone. If the entire unit is replaced, the same model shall be replaced. In the event such model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model of price equivalent at the time of purchase.
If any coloured internal or external components are replaced, there will be no commitment to ensuring that the shades match the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, and tints may vary from the customer’s unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at the customer’s request will be on a chargeable basis except for the components which actually needed.
While the company will make every effort to carry out repairs promptly, it is expressly made clear that the company is under no obligation to do so within a specified period.
This warranty shall not cover any consequential liability, damage, or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any damage to the Gravity Bath products. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or provide replacement of defective parts only under the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover the demonstration/installation of the purchased product. It also excludes components like washers, rubbers, springs, and other plastic items. Accessories external to the product are not covered.
After one year, if issues other than manufacturing defects are found in Gravity Bath products, standard labour and parts charges will be collected from customers, as per prevailing rates of the company.
If any dispute arises between the Company and the customer regarding the warranty, neither shall commence any court or arbitration proceedings relating to the dispute unless they have first complied through mediation.
In case of any disputes, the same is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
Prior to the installation of the new faucet, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the existing water supply pipelines are thoroughly cleaned and free from any debris, sediment, or blockages.
Avoid disposing of reverse osmosis (RO) reject water in regular sinks or drains, as it is highly corrosive and may cause damage to the sink’s surface or the waste pipe. It is advised to drain out the RO reject water directly into the drain.
For items worth more than ₹20,000 with a discount, if products are returned, the refund amount will be reduced by the original discount amount.
How to Claim Warranties:
Each product has a specific warranty timeline. You can only claim a warranty within the respective timeline given for each product.
- To claim the warranty, you must provide the following via Email/WhatsApp:
– Proof of Purchase (Invoice)
– Order ID
– Images and a video of the malfunctioning product - Our Customer Support Executive will reach out to you within 24-48 hours from the date of receiving the request for claiming the warranty and assist you with further procedures.
- If the product under warranty needs to be replaced, you are liable to pay the one-sided cost of shipping the damaged/defective product to us.
This warranty is not applicable or shall stand void in the following cases:
- Proof of purchase, the original invoice, and/or Warranty Card are not shown to the Company’s authorized service personnel at the time of repair. In such cases, service will still be rendered but will be on a chargeable basis at standard rates of labour and/or parts, prevailing at that time.
- The Product is not installed/used according to the instructions given in the instruction/installation manual.
- Site conditions, where the product is installed, do not conform to the recommended operating conditions specified in the instruction manual of the product.
- Defect(s) caused by improper use, negligent handling damage, misuse, tampering, neglect, or lack of care and in case of alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
- Corrosion or Rusting of Stainless Steel due to Hard Water and Toxic Sewage Gases.
- Defects arising out of factors out of the control of the Company, including natural calamities, acts of God, abuse or negligence by the Customer, normal wear and tear, damage due to exposure to acids, chemicals, cleaners, defects or damage from the operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, alteration, or modification of any kind.
- Any failure caused by an unsupported or third-party component will not be covered by a warranty.
- Defects/Damage caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches, lizards, or any other animals/insects.
- If the Product is purchased from an unauthorized dealer.Improper handling of the Products.
- Improper care and cleaning of the Product.
- Rusting, corrosion, or any other damages caused to the sink or the waste pipe due to regular and consistent contact with RO reject Water.
- This warranty automatically terminates on the expiry of the warranty period even if the product may not be in use for any time during the warranty period for any reason.
- For Gravity Bath products sold in India, only this warranty document is applicable, and any reference to any other warranty document will not be considered. This is Gravity Bath’s exclusive written warranty.
How to Get a GST Invoice:
GST INPUT, add the desired product(s) to the cart. Click on the MY CART icon and move to checkout, now enter the details for the GST Invoice, such as the GSTIN and the name of your company.
Note:
– The GST Invoice feature is applicable for GST-registered businesses.
– The warranty timeline for each product is specific, and claims can only be made within the given period.
– To claim warranty, provide Proof of Purchase (Invoice), Order ID, Images, and a video of the malfunctioning product via Email/WhatsApp.
– Customer Support will contact you within 24-48 hours to guide you through further procedures.
– If a warranty replacement is needed, the customer is responsible for one-sided shipping costs.
Warranty Void in Cases:
– Lack of proof of purchase, original invoice, and/or Warranty Card.
– Incorrect installation or use not in accordance with the product manual.
– Site conditions not conforming to recommended operating conditions.
– Defects due to misuse, tampering, neglect, or repairs by unauthorized persons.
– Corrosion or rusting of Stainless Steel due to Hard Water and Toxic Sewage Gases.
– Factors beyond the company’s control like natural calamities, abuse, or negligence.
– Failure due to unsupported or third-party components.
– Damage caused by pets, insects, or improper handling.
– Product purchase from an unauthorized dealer.
– Improper care and cleaning of the product.
– Rusting, corrosion, or damages caused by consistent contact with RO reject Water.
Other Warranty Details:
– Replacement of parts and shades are at Gravity Bath’s discretion.
– Repairs are not obligated within a specified time.
– No liability for consequential damages, property or life loss.
– Disputes are subject to mediation before court or arbitration proceedings.
– Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi in case of disputes.
Important Installation Tips:
– Prior to installing a new faucet, ensure existing water supply pipelines are cleaned.
– Avoid disposing of RO reject water in regular sinks or drains; drain it directly into the drain.
Note on Returns and Discounts:
– For items above ₹20,000 with a discount, returning products may reduce the refund amount by the original discount.
– This is due to returning products potentially bringing the total order value below ₹20,000, the minimum for the discount to be valid.
