Return & Refund Policy


– If you purchase a product from the Gravity Bath Website, we offer a ‘No-Questions-Asked’ easy return policy within 30 days from the date of the invoice. This allows you the convenience to return items as needed.

– While we dispatch thousands of shipments daily with damage-free packaging and utmost care, if you suspect your package has been tampered with, please contact Gravity Bath staff via email/WhatsApp. Additionally, record a video while unboxing the package.

– In the event you receive an SMS claiming that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the Gravity Bath staff within 24 hours of receiving the email/SMS confirming delivery.

– All returns are processed within 10 days from the date of the request. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Gravity Bath Customer Support.

– For products purchased from other online shopping platforms, you must adhere to the terms and conditions of the return policy specific to that platform.

– Customized products purchased by customers are non-refundable/non-returnable. Customizations include Matte Finish in Kitchen Sinks, Centre Hole in Shower Drain Channels, Matte Finish in Floor Drains, Kitchen Sink Tap Holes and RO Holes, and Colored/PVD Coating on Floor Drains & Shower Drain Channels.

– Shipping charges on the order will not be refunded in the case of product return.


– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the merchandise. Only unused items are eligible for return.

– For cash-on-delivery orders, reimbursements will be credited to your bank account. Details for this will be requested from you after we receive the return request within 30 days from the date of the invoice.


– If you wish to cancel an order, log in to your Gravity Bath Account and cancel within 24 hours from the date of placing your order.

– Cancellations will not be accepted once the purchase has been dispatched.

– Once your order is dispatched, you can receive the order and opt for a return if you do not wish to keep the product.

Please note that our customer support operates from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, excluding Sundays and festive holidays.
